The stay here was very pleasant in winter time. The hotel was placed in the remote location in the middle of the city. The restaurant had basic food. Have stayed here many times and would love to go back: D

I absolutely loved this luxurious hotel nestled on a hilltop overlooking a charming small town. The view from here was simply breathtaking. The service provided, from room service and housekeeping to laundry facilities, was top-notch. The hotel even had a ski pass vendor, perfect for those looking to hit the slopes. The amenities in the room were excellent, from the ironing facilities to the mini-bar. The comfortable bed and cozy sitting area made me feel right at home. I also enjoyed the delicious dining options available at the restaurant, as well as the bar and snack bar. The leisure facilities here were incredible, with an indoor swimming pool, sauna, and jacuzzi. The spa offered a wide range of treatments, and I indulged in a relaxing massage. The outdoor sun terrace and heated swimming pool were a great way to unwind and take in the stunning surroundings. The staff were friendly and accommodating, making my stay here unforgettable. this place is a true haven of comfort and luxury.

Hotel facilities were great, with a spa that had many jacuzzis, saunas, a deep pool and even some old-school Nintendo games in the play area. The cleanliness of the rooms was impressive, and the staff were friendly. The view from the hotel on top of the hill overlooking the small town was breathtaking.

Spent my New Year at a hotel with breathtaking views over a small town, perfect for outdoor sports. Great value for money with a decent breakfast buffet and well-equipped gym. Staff always willing to help and provide information on nearby activities.

Location at the top of a hill makes it difficult to walk to town, especially in winter. Rooms were a bit chilly, and spa and pool area could have been cleaner.

Spent Xmas break in a great hotel with amazing views of the city and landscape. The heated floors in the bathroom made the stay even more comfortable. The large windows in the room provided the perfect view. The swimming pool with panoramic windows was a great way to relax and enjoy the place.

The sauna was out of order and there was alcohol consumption and high noise levels. The staff was not attentive enough to control the situation.
